Condition
Graded honestly, described the same way every time
Every lot is described with the same vocabulary, so what you read in the manifest is what shows up on the dock.
First quality
New, unworn, in original packaging. Sellable as-is on a retail shelf.
First quality, repacked
The product is perfect; the box isn't. Re-boxed or polybagged, priced accordingly.
Graded / B-grade
Cosmetic irregulars or shelf wear, disclosed by percentage before you buy.
Customer returns
Sorted and re-graded, never sold as first quality. Available when a buyer's program fits it.
Broken size runs
Priced for what they are. Often the best value in a lot for the right door count.
De-branded
Labels and logos removed at the brand owner's requirement, sold without brand identification.

Every lot has a story. We only take the clean ones.
