For brands, manufacturers & retailers
Sell your closeout inventory
You need the space and the cash. We buy the entire lot, protect your brand on the way out, and pull it with our own freight.
What we buy
If it's first quality or honestly graded, we'll look at it.
Factory overruns
Production run past the order quantity. Same line, same quality, no home to go to.
Canceled orders
Retailer canceled late, or the season shifted. Goods are made, packed and sitting.
Past-season carryover
Last season's colorways and styles that need to clear before the new line lands.
Overstock & shelf pulls
Retail overbuys and end-of-program returns to vendor, sorted back to first quality.
Packaging & label changes
Rebrands, new box art, updated compliance labels — perfect product, obsolete packaging.
Discontinued programs
Dropped SKUs, exited categories and closed private-label programs bought in one lot.
How we work
From offer to loading dock in days, not months
- 1
Send the list
A spreadsheet is enough — styles, quantities, size runs, condition, location and any photos you have.
- 2
We make an offer
Usually within 48 hours, on the entire lot, with terms and channel restrictions spelled out.
- 3
Inspect & contract
We verify a sample, sign, and lock the pickup window. Payment terms are agreed before a truck rolls.
- 4
We handle freight
Our carriers pull it. You get your space back; we take it from there through QC and placement.
Brand protection
Where your goods go is part of the deal
Closeout buying only works long-term if it doesn't damage the business you're still running. Restrictions are written into the contract, not promised on a call.
- Channel limits — off-price and discount only, no e-commerce marketplaces if you say so
- Geographic limits — domestic-only, export-only, or specific regions
- Timing windows — nothing hits a shelf before a date you set
- Identity removal — de-labeling, de-branding, logo removal and re-boxing when the brand can't appear at all
What to include in your list
The more of this you send up front, the faster and firmer the offer.
- Style numbers, descriptions and brand (or "confidential" if you prefer)
- Units per style and the size run breakdown
- Condition: first quality, B-grade, returns, or mixed
- Packaging: original boxes, polybag, bulk-packed
- Warehouse location and how many pallets or cartons
- Your timing — when it has to be gone
- Photos of the actual goods, if you have them
Common questions
Before you send the list
Is there a minimum?
Generally one truckload. Smaller lots are worth a call if they're strong goods or part of an ongoing program.
Will you cherry-pick?
No. We price the whole lot, broken size runs and slow colorways included.
Do you buy damaged goods?
Yes, when it's disclosed and graded honestly. Mixed-grade lots are fine; misrepresented ones aren't.
Who pays freight?
We arrange and coordinate pickup. How it's costed depends on the lot and is settled in the offer.
How fast can it move?
Offer in about 48 hours; pickup typically within one to two weeks of a signed deal.
Will my name be public?
Never. Deals are confidential, and we don't publish lists of who we bought from.
Have a lot that needs to move?
Apparel and footwear, first quality or graded, one truckload and up. Tell us what you have and where it sits.
